Paul has spent more than thirty years leading kitchens, hotels, venues, facilities and remote workforce operations across Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Asia.
That work taught him that systems matter, but people matter more. A polished dashboard cannot replace courage, accountability, a decent handover or somebody willing to stand beside the person being ignored.
Rose Mission AI brings those lessons into public-interest writing and responsible technology. Its credo is simple: kindness with teeth, truth without polish and action with heart.
